This was the first time my husband and I looked at purchasing land. We weren't sure what questions to ask, what possible issues to look for, etc.
Susan was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step. This included helping us find a bank that would actually do a land loan.
We had a few hiccups along the way, but we never had to worry about anything. Susan was amazing at checking in with the seller, obtaining status, encouraging them along (when needed), and keeping us in the loop. The process went fairly smooth and she always ensured our requests were priority.

She's very communicative, quick to respond, and kept us on track to ensure everything was done on time throughout the process.
