In a time where houses are flying off the market it is important to jump on opportunities quickly. We were 7 month pregnant and pressed for time to find a home for our growing family quickly. Susan was always available whenever we needed her and her ability to schedule us showings quickly and that fit our schedules made finding a home much easier. When it came down to making an offer on THE home we struggled with having a contingency, but Susan's attention to detail, communication, and timeliness won us THE house in the end. We truly believe without Susan we would not have this beautiful first family home. Susan really blessed us by making this stressful time easier and enjoyable.

We got everything we wanted and more in a house and in our budget. She was referred to us through a relative who has also had a very positive experience with her. She took the time to drive down and meet with us and talk about what we were looking for. She was informative and attentive. She always responded in a timely manner and we never felt pushed to spend outside of our budget. She was willing to answer any and all of our home questions and we felt very comfortable and in good hands with her. We used a VA loan with Navy Federal Credit Union, which has a good reputation for rates, not so good reputation on timing for all mortgage paperwork. Susan was able to keep NFCU on top of paperwork and deadlines. All paperwork Susan sent to us only required an e-signature which made the process effortless. Although the closing was a lot of paperwork, the title company Susan uses made the process seamless and explained everything we were signing. If you take anything from this, just know you are in good hands no matter what your circumstance is.

We never waited any more than 1 day to get a response on something, even on weekends. We put in our offer for the home we purchased late on a Thursday night and she worked with us to make sure our offer was accepted until about 11:00 PM that night. I could not recommend her more! She was incredible. Normally I provide comments for rooms of improvement on these surveys, but there is literally nothing I could recommend for Susan. The entire process felt so stress-free from start to finish because of the effort Susan put into our search. It was incredibly pleasant and I couldn't have imagined it going any better.

She was very knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole process. Also made the process so much easier. She will always be our Realtor! Easy, and painless as possible! Susan definitely helped make sure we got the best deal! AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! Susan was on it the entire time. Making sure we go our updates and made sure we stayed on track for closing.
